GREEK YOGURT RANCH DRESSING
Ingredients:
1. 3⁄4 cup Greek Yogurt or Hung Curd/ Dahi ( to make hung curd, just put your Curd/Dahi in a clean muslin cloth & hang it overnight to drain out the whey/ liquid)
2. 1 clove Garlic finely chopped or crushed
3. 1⁄4 cup fresh parsely or 1 tablespoon dried
parsley
4. 1 small Red onion chopped..about 2
tablespoons
5. 1 teaspoon Mustard sauce
6. Juice of half a Lemon
7. 1⁄4 cup Chacch / Buttermilk
8. Salt & pepper to taste
HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING
Ingredients:
1. 1⁄4 cup Mustard paste/ sauce
2. 1⁄4 cup Honey
3. 1⁄4 cup Apple
Cider Vinegar
4. 1⁄4 cup Extra
virgin olive oil
5. 1 teaspoon salt
6. 1⁄4teaspoon
pepper.

SESAME GINGER DRESSING
Ingredients:
1. 1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
2. 2 Tablespoons Toasted Sesame/White Til seeds
3. 1⁄4 cup Rice Vinegar
4. 1 clove Garlic, crushed or chopped finely
5. 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
6. 2 Tablespoons Honey
7. 2 Tablespoons peeled & grated fresh Ginger
CHILLI LIME DRESSING
Ingredients:
1. 4 Tablespoons of lemon/lime juice
2. 3 Teaspoons of grated
lemon zest/rind
3. 1⁄4 cup Red Wine vinegar
4. 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
5. 1 Tablespoon Honey
6. 1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
7. 1 clove of garlic crushed or chopped finely
8. 1⁄2 Teaspoon Chilli flakes
9. 1 Teaspoon jeera powder
10. 1⁄2 Teaspoon Salt.
FOUR HEALTHY DRESSINGS
 Instructions for all 4 Dressings:
• Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid, shake well until well combined. OR
• Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender till thick & smooth.
• Refrigerate once done.Consume in a week.
• If using Vinegar or Soy sauce, adjust the salt.
• Recipe given for a large batch..can adjust ingredients if making a smaller
amount of dressing.
