  YOGURT CUCUMBER CHIA SEED SMOOTHIE

    Ingredients:
1. 1cup low fat yogurt
2. 1cup cucumber, cut roughly
3. 1 tsp lime juice
4. 1 tbsp honey
5. Pinch of black pepper
6. 4-5 mint leaves
7. Ice cubes (optional)
8. 1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked
Instructions:
1. Combine everything in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Pour in the service jar, top with 1tbsp of chia seeds and a mint spring.
3. Serve this healthy smoothie immediately.
