 COCONUT OATMEAL COOKIES
    Ingredients:
1. Brown Sugar - 1⁄2 cup or 100gms
2. Ghee or Unsalted Butter - 1⁄2 cup or
100gms
3. Ground Oatmeal - 1cup or 120gms
4. Desiccated Coconut - 1⁄2 cup or 50gms
5. Baking Powder - 1⁄2 teaspoon
6. Milk - 2 tablespoons
Method:
1. Preheat oven at 180°C.
2. Take Brown Sugar and Ghee/Butter
in a large mixing bowl and beat it till it becomes lighter in colour and gets a creamy texture.
3. Add remaining ingredients and make a soft dough.
4. Make small balls and flatten them and put them on a greased baking tray. Ensure gap between individual cookies.
5. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or till light brown in colour.
6. Biscuits are ready.
